In florida, in st lucie,I paid a contractor name *** $2380 tto install a cement slab out back by pool, he agreed to the job, he asked for 70% down which I wrote a check for in the amount of $2380.total job amount was $3400 he he took the check promising to bring back supply the same day wich was jan 13,2020 he left and never showed up again, attempts to call and visit office adress were negatove.he did cash check on jan 15, 2020. Up to date he hasnt called, he has t picked up my calls, text and continuous vist to the buisness address met with negative results. To dTe I have repirted him to the st lucie permiting department, the st lucie police dept for fraud, and the martin county liceseing dept. *** is a know felon and has numerous arrest for impersonation, *** does not have a contractors license to work in st lucie county, and according to the st lucie liceseing dept he is aware that he is not tonwork in st lucie county and has numerous summons outstanding and possible warrants for his arrest. The incident occurred jan 13, 2020.
