Harris Teeter

I transferred a prescription from *** to Harris Teeter pharmacy on Saturday Feb 8, 2020. I brought the bottle from *** with me to show the pharmacist what I was taking. She said that we could transfer the meds but it would take a couple of days. I was assuming that what they would fill the meds with would be the same as what I was getting from ***. Picked up the meds a couple of days later. Took a pill on Friday Feb 14 and nothing happened. I called Harris teeter to let them know that the meds weren’t doing what they were supposed to be doing. Asked if I could get my money back, pharmacist said no there wasn’t anything she could do to help me. I was like why the meds don’t work - she said that she’d heard that several times before, that she felt for me but nothing she could do. Asked why they continue to-use this brand if they know that it doesn’t work, she advised that this was the brand that they are sent to fill prescriptions. The meds that they use is from India. My dr. Advised me that I cannot take meds from India. I feel that HT should provide that info up front of where the meds are from. The meds are a generic brand for ***.
