9/17/she sent an email claiming that she only received only one instead of threeWe asked *** *** to give us some time to investigate and contact drop shipping company to check on their side*** *** kept sending emails almost every five minutes trying to push us to ship another two mouse padsWe again asked for some timeAfter that she was sending an email almost every day and sometimes twice a day.Shipping manger from shipping company insisted that they sent three pads and sent a copy packing slip to back his claims (Please see attached).On 09/30/2014, *** *** opened a claim with ***Despite the fact that packing slip confirms shipping of three mouse pads, we offered a refund for $to resolve the issue*** *** had declined our offer*** had decided that our offer is enough to resolve the dispute and issued a refund out of our account and credited *** *** account (please see attached)Refund has been issued on 10/1/Email was sent by *** to confirm this refund on 10/1/On 10/05/2014, *** *** sent about three or four emails requesting the mouse padsWe responded that we have fulfilled our obligation by sending the mouse pads and issuing the refund.We really question the motive behind *** *** from spamming us with all these emails and filling a complaint to your office on 10/5/after she received a refund on 10/1/Sincerely,Philip S

Review: I ordered 3 mouse pads from this company through ioffer. My credit card was charged for all three pads at $29.85. But, I only received one mouse pad. I have been emailing the company and at first they responded, but have now dropped my complaint. I emailed them the packing slip (which said 3) and the mailing label which showed the total value of contents was $6.00.My receipt number for this purchase is Receipt No: [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like Harrisburg Computer Doctor to send me the 3 mouse pads I ordered and was charged for.
