I was looking for a vehicle for my children, who are about to turn 16, that was reliable and safe I was Leary of going to a car dealership such as this, but I found this experience to be very pleasant We look at a vehicle on Saturday that seemed to be just what we were looking for, and the owner answered all of our questions regarding the vehicle to our satisfaction After visiting several other options, and going home to consider all of our options we came back days later They still had the vehicle we were interested in, and after taking it for a test drive and inspecting all mechanical concerns we decided it was the right fit After some minor computer glitches that were no fault of the owner and some negotiating on price, we all agreed on a fair price, and we were on our way I would definitely go back to this location and I would recommend them to my friends and family as well

They still had the vehicle we were interested in, and after taking it for a test drive and inspecting all mechanical concerns we decided it was the right fit. Customer received title on 06/05/15... customer purchased the vehicle on May 8th, 2015, title was processed and given to the customer within the 40-day period in which the State of Ohio requires us to do so. Any costs or charges that the customer may have incurred are her responsibility.  Her...

title work was done in a timely fashion and was done within the time frame that the State of Ohio requires Dealerships to do so.  Her choices to borrow money and having bounced checks are in no way our responsibility.  Ms. [redacted] is a valued customer, but [redacted] Auto Sales followed the guidelines set forth by the State of Ohio in supplying a customer with there title.

I spoke with the owner on May 30th and we discussed the issue that the car was totaled and that I needed to obtain the title in order to be paid on the claim. He assured me that as long as I brought in the final payment by May 31st that I would have my title on June 1st. He told me it would take roughly 3 to 4 hours to process. He stated that he would drop it off in the morning and pick it up that afternoon and I could stop by on my way home from work. I called in late afternoon on June 1st and he proceed to tell me that the title had an error on it and that he requested another copy and would have it tomorrow June 2nd. I stressed the need for the title and he told me not to worry he would have it to me. June 2nd nothing, June 3rd he would not even answer my calls and I have the text message to prove this. I continued to text him daily with him responding with some excuse after the other. One my call on Tuesday, I told him that I would have the payment reversed and I was filing a complaint against him because he is not holding up his end on the bargain. He must have gotten the complaint I filed on June 5th because he went and "retrieved" a copy of the title. Even though he told me in his text that he still had not received the copy he was waiting on. I explained to him many times that my account was being overdrawn and that I had to return the rental and he kept telling me he was waiting to receive a copy of the corrected title from the person that sold him the car.
Funny how he was able to go get one and have it executed in one day once he received a copy of th complaint; therefore, he should be responsible for holding up my process and all fees associated with the transaction. Mr. [redacted] is not an honest man and he did not do what he stated he would do and he showed blatant disregard for my situation. As I stated, I have a call log and all text messages pertaining to our conversation.
