I am rejecting this response because:The owner is a liar there were no signs visible of all sales on hair services are final and I called prior and asked if they had someone well qualified because I didn't want any problems at that time I should of been told that all sales are final and I tried many times to contact the owner and he never called me back he only returned my call because I called fantastic SAMs regional officeThe owner said they'll fix it but I'm still afraid to go back and my hair is so fried after hours of bleaching I said maybe I'll have to come back later once I color my hair brown to another stylist to add blonde highlight againI paid and if my hair was damaged and colored orange I should be able to get a returned call right away and a refundHe's saying I want a major makeover he's crazy I've been taking my kids there for years I used to see a lady there named Linda for years for my hair color I'm a regular customer and this is how I'm treated after reading his response I don't even want to return for them to fix it

I am rejecting this response because:There was no visible signs and on top of that it was the way he handled the complaint he ignored my calls for a week and made me seem like I was wrong to complain about orange hair even the stylist said she was sorry and she wouldn't mind me getting a refund. He then wrote the Revdex.com back saying I wanted a major make over and I just complained to get money back he can keep the money the money isn't the issue now it's how he's getting away with treating a regular customer over 10 years I've gone there over 100 times for myself and family of 5 and I never once asked him till now for a refund because after 4 hours of just asking for ombré light blonde highlights on bottom of my hair little did I know I'd be orange. Would you as a customer be ok with loosing 218.00 for orange hair and then being told by the owner I just complained to get a refund.

This complaint has been resolved.  There has been a all sales final sign, posted at the front entrance for the past 20+ years.  In 20+ years this is the first complaint from someone wanting a major make over then changing thair mind, and thinking they can complaint an get money back.
