I am rejecting this response because: I have made an appointment to contact said company, however they were not available for our appointment time. This is not my fault, or lack on my part for trying. I do work full time and cannot take a personal call while working which I have advised them. I can complete the call between 12 - 1 and after 5. Our appointment was for noon... Also our house is a custom build, because of this there were higher costs, due to the "bay" window which extends into the basement (required more time and supports to complete). Furthermore we have 9' ceilings in the basement, which is more costly than 8' ceilings. We have block walls again a higher cost to traditional walls.
