Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have made an appointment to contact said company, however they were not available for our appointment timeThis is not my fault, or lack on my part for tryingI do work full time and cannot take a personal call while working which I have advised themI can complete the call between - and after Our appointment was for noonAlso our house is a custom build, because of this there were higher costs, due to the "bay" window which extends into the basement (required more time and supports to complete)Furthermore we have 9' ceilings in the basement, which is more costly than 8' ceilingsWe have block walls again a higher cost to traditional wallsTherefore I am unsure of his response stating that our build is not unique nor does it warrant extra costsI also did not send a rude e-mail until I was accused of being at fault in this situationI have all e-mails that can be forwardedThis is a quote from an e-mail I had obtained from Pat" There is no ‘advantage’ in this conversationI am asking you for sales dataI.eactual transacted sales of properties in your areaNot listingsSales I’m not arguing with you over appraisal theoryYou have misunderstood the email thread, not us" June 13, I tried to place a call even after the above e-mail I am very busy and up until today couldn't even complete other personal calls that required to be done on "regular" business hoursWhich is why I setup an appointment for the callSincerely, *** [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I have made an appointment to contact said company, however they were not available for our appointment time. This is not my fault, or lack on my part for trying. I do work full time and cannot take a personal call while working which I have advised them. I can complete the call between 12 - 1 and after 5. Our appointment was for noon... Also our house is a custom build, because of this there were higher costs, due to the "bay" window which extends into the basement (required more time and supports to complete).
