I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved However, I would like to state for the record that I did read the confirmation that was sent from Harrison Car Service and there was no mention that tolls were round trip Harrison Car Service did admit that they do not state that on their confirmationsI advised Harrison Car Service that they should state on their website and service confirmations that the tolls are round-trip in order to prevent future customer misunderstanding I also still disagree with their business practice of charging customers for round-trip tolls, especially when it is not disclosed

charges itemized. Apparently, he did not read the confirmation. He agreed that the charges were correct and does not expect any refund. Thank you for your assistance with this matter.

Review: I used Harrison Car Service on two occasions this month - August [redacted] and August [redacted] for a ride to JFK airport and home from JFK airport. The service was excellent and the drivers were great, however I was over-charged for the tolls. I called Harrison Car Service to get an explanation on why I was charged $12.00 for each trip for tolls when we used the Whitestone Bridge which is only $5.33 for ezpass. The [redacted] was extremely rude and failed to give a good explanation on why I was charged more for the toll than it actually was. He told me that I shouldn't complain about this because the drivers work hard and I had good service. The good service has nothing to do with being overcharged for tolls. I told him the service was great and this was not about the service. He told me I am being and I quote him "penny wise pound foolish." The [redacted] kept talking over me, almost yelling at me and was not listening to my complaint. I had to hang up on him because he would not even let me talk. All I wanted and still want is to be charged the correct amount for the tolls we went through on our trip, which is $5.33 for each trip, not $12 for each trip. That would mean I should be refunded $13.34. I explained to the [redacted] at Harrison Car Service that my complaint was less about the actual money since it is a small amount and more about the principle of unethical billing practices - the line item on my bill says "tolls" and I should only be charged what the actual toll amount is. They are making money on the tolls from their customers and this is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $13.34 for the tolls that I was overcharged for. I would also like them to stop overcharging their customers for tolls. Customers should only pay the toll amount they went through. Thank you.

Review: We used the Harrison Car Service on 2/*/2014 and had a driver named [redacted]. He ran a red light and caused a major car accident on the Saw Mill Parkway in Yonkers, NY. He was very reckless with his driving and his choice not to stop at the red light and put us in great danger that could have been avoided with just breaking at the red light. The car that hit us had a green light and was in the right. They hit us and pushed us into the middle divider. We are badly bruised but were lucky to walk away from this reckless driver. Do NOT use this driver ever again. Harrison Car Service needs to update their screening process so this does not happen to anyone else. I do not recommend this service or driver unless you want a tragic result.Desired Settlement: To credit my account for cost of ride and fire their driver [redacted] for reckless driving.
