Review: I attended HCI in 2003 at the time I was 16 years of age. I am being billed for school loans in which I dont believe I should be paying due to my age at the time the loan was signed I do not remember signing a loan at the age of 16. Why am I being held responsible for loans when I was underage attending and had not received a highschool diploma or ged. I also never received a diploma or completion certificate from HCI stating I have even completed the course. They are also billing me an extra 1200 in collection fees and interest. There have been several payments made in years past. Which are not reflected on the balance they are charging me now.
