The consumer relied on their expertise. Why would anyone pay over $600 for a tie down certificate that serves no purpose. My son is young, but clearly advised them of the purpose of the tie down certificate. He was unaware what certificate number was needed for the insurance. I am appalled at the company's response to this. Not even to offer refunding part of the money is dishonest on their part.I hope to hear soon with at least a partially favorable determination.Regards,
