Pleasure speaking with youThe basics of what happened are below
1) *** bought tickets on our websiteWe offer two shows on the night she bought 10:15pm
and wanted 7:30pm
2) she complained in detail to Gayle (owner )
via email that she didn't want the late show and that our site was
misleading, even though it is clear as a San Diego day that there are showsOn top of that SHE made the purchase so it
was operator error when it came to that
3) She expressed that she wanted the early show so Gayle moved her to that show and sent her an email stating that
4) Still not satisfied we went against our policy and refunded her money and resent another email letting her know this had been done
AND as a courtesy Gayle let her know that she had no control over the banking system and that it may take 3-business days
5) ALL of these emails are printed out and I can faxThe emails are roughly from Tuesday Nov 24th - Wed Nov 25th
We are believers in doing whats right and it is quite disappointing to have to deal with this based on the informationAs you can see
the time frame was a hour period of emails , can't imagine it happening much quicker , plus the fact she received a refund with really
no reason for it
Let us know if there is anything else needed in order to keep us in good standing,
