5-notice does not suffice as proper communication If a community rule changes that is not stated in the lease you should be providing residents at least days of notice and ensure that they have read the notice or communicate through door flyers and email blast
You are mistaken, it's paragraph VI that states Automobiles/Boats/Recreational Vehicles Paragraph VI does not say anything regarding having the parking pass displayed in your vehicle I have attached a screen shot of Paragraph VI for your reference, along with my lease again and another warning on a car
The second bullet point states "All vehicles must be registered at the Management office", my car is registered at the office
The third bullet point states "in the sole judgement of Management, will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense after a hour notice is placed on the vehicle" On the morning of 6.1.15, another car in the lot had a warning on the car which in fact was parked illegally in the parking lot Why didn't I receive the same notice? It is biased to provide some residents a hour notice, but others do not receive a notice If I received a notice on my car then this would not be an issue, but I did not.
The forth bullet point states " Notwithstanding this, any vehicle illegally parked in a fire lane, designated no parking space or handicapped space, or blocking and entrance, exit, driveway, dumpster, or parked illegally in a designated parking space, will immediately be towed without notice, at the vehicle owner's expense" I was in my designated parking spot, the above does not mention the hang tag needing to be displayed
