Harrison Paving

The property dose not have a website to provide more flexibility for the residents for paying their rents or asking for some maintenance issuesAs I am a new resident in this property I missed to paid my rent at the beginning of January and stopped by the office on January 4th for paying the rentI was out of town and was not able to make the payment on time, and as I mentioned I didn't have access to the website to pay my rent online

Review: I had a new asphalt driveway installed in May of 2013,a couple of months after that I noticed that the driveway was still shedding small pieces of asphalt particularly in front of the entrance to my garage. I called [redacted] ,the owner, and asked him to come out to look at the problem. He finally came out after 2 phone calls and said that a seam was coming loose and that he would fix it by sealing the driveway, which he said that he would pay for, but that I needed to wait until the driveway was at least 90 days old. That would be the middle of August,so he agreed to come out in September to seal the driveway. I have, since the beginning of September, called and left messages on his cell phone at least twice a week with no response and the last time I called him his voicemail box was full so I was unable to leave a message. I have sent him 2 separate text messages as well and finally left him messages through his answering service all with NO RESPONSE from [redacted] Paving.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] Paving to stand behind their work and correct the problem by sealing the driveway.
