This company is not obeying the lawOnce you buy a ticket from them you have under the law days to cancel your purchaseHowever, this company does not allow you to make the change in their webpage because you find server issues not allowing you to do soThey do not answer their phones eitherWho could do something about it?

I recently booked my hotel stay with despegar.comfor adult and children and my initial reservation (showing adult and kids) looked fine before I put in my credit card numberI pre-paid for the trip and received a confirmation that was a "pdf attachment" and assumed that everything is still ok because I just verified all the info on the computer screen before entering my credit cardHowever, when I was checking into the hotel in Mexico, Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa, I gave the hotel agent passports (mine and two others for my boys ages and 9), my reservation in the hotel system said adults and not adult and kids which was incorrectI said to the hotel agent that it must be a despegar.com mistake and that we should call them

I booked a round trip between DTW-EZE, but due to an accident I had to had surgery during my stay in Argentina, and for medical recommendation I had to cancel the flight back
I opened the refund case SU-XXXXXX, and after several exchanges providing all the evidence, medical recommendations, X-rays, etc., on January 18, Despegar.com agreed to reimburse me USD for the cancelled return flight
On January 23, Desepegar contacted me asking me for my banking information to transfer the funds, I provided the requested information and on the same day, I receive the following confirmation: "We appreciate your attention and the information given to us,
