SCAM: I made a reservation through Despegar.com for nights at Hotel Blu in FL: Facilities were not what was shown on pictures, problems with the credit card charges, and no real offices to talk to someone for customer serviceAvoid!

Used this online travel agency to book a trip to Santiago, Chile for this coming March I have had issues with the trip I purchased and have tried numerous times to contact this company I have tried email (with no response) and have called the phone number listed on their website The option to use the voicemail in English switches to Spanish I have had no communication from them and no response whatsoever from them to address my booking issues
