Our Estimate/Proposal was for a basement job, to start on 2/17/and to be completed in days He started out the first days great, but then had to rely on bus transportation and would ride is bicycle to the job site He started coming late, leaving early, and then would go missing for a few days Repeated attempts to contact him were sparse at best When he did show up again, he worked for a day, and then went missing for another couple of weeks He came and got a few of his tools and said he'd be back to finish in a day or two As of today 8/9/2016, months later, the job is only 1/3rd of the way done He is not reliable, nor reputableI would no recommend this man

Do NOT hire this *** to do any work! If you do, you will definitely regret it because he doesn't have a penny to his name so its not worth spending more money or time to go after himWe hired ***, who led us to believe he had a crew of people working for him -lieWe met people he called "tradesmen" who did work on our projectHis "business partner" ***, who was suppose to be doing HVAC work, wasn't his business partner at all and wasn't capable of doing any HVAC work, ***, a very large man who said he was a plumber did horrible plumbing work that had to be ripped out and redone, and a homeless man that he paid in ounce beer He talked like he knew what he was doing with "industry standards" as he constantly referred to everything We agreed to a contract and paid him more than the work we got out of him and probably bought the car he started driving after he received the 2nd draw on the job as he was riding a bicycle prior to this (had I have known I hired a contractor who didn't own a vehicle, I definitely would have gone with someone else)He gave lots of excuses for not showing up at the job and went days without doing anything A few humorous excuses: an Executive producer for a podcast radio show called guys and a bible on Tuesdays and Thursdays so he can't work, he said he was a minister at ***, so he couldn't work on Sundays, because of his inability to quote a job accurately, he will say unforseen issues increased his cost, and the best one was his stupid change orders that never had a signature from anyone showing approval When he did show up, the work he did was slow, sloppy and half*, definitely not any "industry standard" in this galaxyHe missed the 1st deadline, then when given extra time, he said he was out of money Because we had already invested so much time in the project we gave this *** another $2,(in addition to the $14,he was already paid) and another weeks in hopes that he was finally being honest and would get the job done or at least supply the materials we paid for to finish the jobEverything told us not to give him another penny, but the stress from this situation had made me so sick that we just needed to job to get done When asked to take an inventory of the materials we paid for, his response was that we didn't pay for any materials nor would they be release to us as " all materials are warehouse by Harrison Renovations until they chose to release them We gave this guy another two weeks and just as expected, he proved he was the low life thief I had initially pegged him forOn the last day of his final extension, I received an email from *** informing me he pulled off the job because "they" won't work without a contract but would be happy to revisit the property to discuss a new contract
*** will respond that his guys enjoy getting fresh air on nice days and may ride a bike to workDon't believe himIf he's riding a bike, it's only because he doesn't have his vehicle anymoreHe will also say we are inexperienced and don't know "industry standard." Don't buy itA bad job is exactly that....a bad job*** knew his scheme put us in a bad position since the funding for the job came from a commercial loan but he didn't care*** is a bad contractor who will steal your money and make the cleanup more costly than before he started
I would give no stars but the site required at least star be given

Our Estimate/Proposal was for a basement job, to start on 2/17/2016 and to be completed in 6 days. He started out the first 2 days great, but then had to rely on bus transportation and would ride is bicycle to the job site. When he did show up again, he worked for a day, and then went missing for another couple of weeks. He came and got a few of his tools and said he'd be back to finish in a day or two. As of today 8/9/2016, 6 months later, the job is only 1/3rd of the way done. He is not reliable, nor reputable. I would no recommend this man.
