In regards to Mr [redacted] complaint Once again Mr [redacted] bought the vehicle with no warrantys IMPLIED or EXPRESSED and signed several documents knowing that he was buying said vehicle under those conditions as well as signing off on nothing else was owed to him after the sale The vehicle he bought was serviced and Va state inspectedALL vehicles are machines and are subject to having issues whether they are one month old or years oldThat is just a fact Mr [redacted] bought the vehicle for a discounted price knowing the vehicle was as-isUnfortunately it is in our opinion that Mr [redacted] second guessed himself and what he had purchased after the fact and his only course of action was to blame the dealer in [redacted] of the decision he himself made to purchase the vehicleNO ONE here at Harrisonburg Nissan made him sign the paperwork and pay us in full for the vehicleHe did so on his own accord After many many threatening phone calls etc that Mr [redacted] has made as well as the falsified statements he has made we are still not obligated to do ANY repairs to the vehicle because it was bought and Mr [redacted] is fully aware of that We have been in business for years with a high standard of customer satisfaction and scores and will not be coerced into Mr [redacted] bully tactics Sincerely [redacted]
