respond to your email and will not respond to your email because you sent it and didn't even give me at least 12 hours to reply. You are aware that I handle everything myself and could take time to reply especially when there was so much that needed to be said. This complaint was filed the same day you emailed me giving me no time to respond to you. I will like to start with your first complaint.... I did say that there was a good amount of thread left on the tires. Never did I say that they were new. I wouldn't tell anybody the tires are new unless I was the one that installed them, and these tires came on the truck when it was purchased. After you and your son came back from the test drive you guys did go over the truck again and I recall your son going underneath the truck and coming to tell me about a differential leak that was beginning. After that we discussed the price of the truck. Also brought to my attention was the plastic bezel around the power window switch. I told you I had them in stock and could have one installed for you. I had the truck advertised for $16998.00 You offered me $15000 cash. I accepted your offer telling you at $15000 I will have the truck washed and detailed, make sure there is diesel in the truck, and a State inspection would be done and I will have the plastic bezel installed but as far as the truck and leak that was found that the truck would be as is. The day after you picked up the truck you emailed me complaining about the window bezel not being installed, and how the truck was not filled up and how you were worried there was no inspection sticker. I replied explaining the inspection deal how it was one sticker and emailed her a copy of the inspection report paper to show it was completed. I also apologized about the window bezel not being installed. Nothing was said when they picked it up or else it would've been done on the spot. There was a confusion on the filling diesel part but I sorted it out telling her I would have $20 in diesel put in her sons truck when he picked up plates and also have window bezel for him to pick up. When plates were picked up window bezel was given to him and I had him follow me to chevron where I put $20 in diesel just like said. I kept my word through out the deal. Unfortunately I will not be able to assist you with anything. The truck was sold to you as-is with no warranty and you were also aware that this was a used truck and these things may occur.
