HARRISON'S ROOF REPAIR & COATING

Paul *** of Harrison Coating & Paving came to our door to sell us a new driveway culvert that would be covered in hotmix asphalt. He walked it off and came up with his price, we signed HIS contract that included all the details. He wrote in the contract he would install the culvert and include 10ft on each side of the 20ft culvert also in hot mix asphalt where it meats the raod. In the contract I agreed to pay half down for materials, and then the remaining upon completion. I had told him I am doing this to surprise my wife for mother's day while she was out of town. Well that didn't happen and in fact after 3 weeks of excuses, truck tire flat, truck sticker stolen, truck hitch stolen, back hurt, needed help but didn't have money to pay anyone he said he couldn't finish the job because he already used what money I gave him, so me being to trusting and in a spot of either for sure not getting this done and taking a chance I paid him the remaining plus $200 additional since he said it was more than what we already entered into contract for. During this entire time he would either show up for 20 minutes and use a shovel to move some rock or never show up at all. I would always have to text him asking when he would show up and even one time to find out he was in Amarillo because his back hurt to much to finish. So here I am weeks later and STILL left with my only drive entry not able to use and still out the second half of my money which is $1250 for which he still owes but will not return any communication. You can't trust anyone anymore. Its Sad!
