Harrold Ford has no records that indicate that the wrong fluid was used, and has no knowledge that we damaged his wheel. We have put in a call to Mr. [redacted] and he has not returned our call.

The promotional piece sent out by Harrold Ford does meet all California Compliance Laws and does state on the piece that four numbers must match to qualify for the described prize as we did show the customer. We did offer the three lottery tickets as stated in our documents. We no longer have the...

She accused us of breaking the lumbar support mechanism on her drivers seat. We did not. However we replaced it anyways for her at no charge.

Review: I TOOK MY FORD MUSTANG VEHICLE IN FOR REPAIR. THEY REPLACED A SWITCH IN MY DRIVER SEAT BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT MOVE FORWARD. WHEN I WAS GOING TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE AND PAID $416 FOR THE REPAIR I REALIZED THEY FIXED THE SWITCH BUT BROKE THE LUMBAR SUPPORT. IT WAS NO LONGER WORKING, AND IT WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION WHEN I HAD DROPPED IT OFF. I HAD THE LUMBAR ACTIVATED AND WORKING FINE THE MORNING WHEN IT WAS DROPPED OFF AND NOW HARROLD FORD DOES NOT WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ERROR. INSTEAD, THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME $800+ FOR PARTS AND LABOR TO FIX IT. INSTEAD OF TRYING TO REMEDY THE SITUATION, THEY INSULT ME BY SAYING THAT MY CAR IS OLD AND THAT IT MIGHT HAVE HAPPENED ON ITS OWN AND TRIED TO TALK DOWN TO ME. I NEVER DROVE IT FROM THE TIME IT WAS DROPPED OFF, THE VEHICLE WAS IN THEIR POSSESSION AND NEVER LEFT THEIR LOT. I DO NOT THINK I SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A PART THEY BROKE.Desired Settlement: I WANT HARROLD FORD TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ERROR AND REPLACE THE LUMBAR SUPPORT, INCLUDING PARTS AND LABOR. THE CAR WAS IN THEIR POSSESSION, BEING DRIVEN AROUND AND LOOKED AT FOR SEVERAL DAYS WHILE THEY DID THEIR DIAGNOSTIC ON THE CAR AND THEREFORE ARE RESPONSIBLE.

Review: I had a 2008 Prius that I owned with less than 29K miles that I had no desire to trade in but in the laughing and conversation, I was foolishly being misled - I was told that the monthly payments would be $219 a month - verbally, but later learned at home, that the payments were $306.65/mo. They offered me $12k for my Prius, but later found out that they only gave me $9K. To be strictly honest, I was very disappointed with this transaction - and I will probably tell others what had happened. I am 78 yrs old and felt that they targeted me as a vulnerable senior citizen . The sheet of paper/s that I signed while joking with [redacted] was the only pieces of paper I saw at the time of the signing - I never saw the other sheets with the prices and other data at that time or never while there. They even had me sign for a 5 yr Cardoc maint. plan for a 3 yr car lease. If that is not taking advantage of a confused senior I dont know what is. I am very unhappy about this entire transaction, and Yes, my feeling are that I will never buy or recommend this dealership to any one. My attorney has said that my one recourse is give reviews over the internet and various news groups. Such as [redacted], etc. and even considering other dealerships. I will give this whole thing about 1 months before I start such a thing - Just in case you wish to help correct this injustice. Sorry for being so blunt but my humor didn't seem to work. So, I see no immediate recourse but to tell you how I deeply feel and regret regarding this business deal.Desired Settlement: Refund my money or renegotiate the contract.

Hello, I have a complaint concerning a Harrold Ford, located at #1, 535 Howe Avenue, in Sacramento, California.

The telephone number is #916-922-1535.

As I had a New Set of Tires installed at Harrold Ford,.

Their Service Department did damage an Aluminum Rim, and did damage a Oil Drain Bolt.

What they also did, was fill the engine and transmission with synthetic oil.

After taking a short trip, the enging light was on, the transmission indicator was on.

After some time, I had to replace the Transmission Oil with Conventional Oil, I had to replace the Engine Oil, with Conventional Oil, a second time, to make sure it’s clean of synetic oil, and works, properly.

All this change of oils, cost time, and money.

I will not be doing business with Harrold Ford, in the Future.Desired Settlement: Their Service Department did damage an Aluminum Rim, and did damage a Oil Drain Bolt.

Review: The day OF June 24/2015 We receive a promotional offer by mail which had a ticket of a raffle, in which according to the instructions could win up to $10,000 dollars in cash, my 10 year old daughter scratched the ticket and according to the instructions we were winning $5,000 dollars in cash, then we follow the instructions that required to claim the prize, which are these.
