Spoke to Mr ***, who confirms that he has been contacted by Harry Brown's.Says repair work has not been completed as yet, but he has been told that the dealership will have a replacement part in shortly, and will complete repair / replacement then.Revdex.com advised Mr *** that complaint will be
closed 'Resolved' at this time pending completion of the work, but that he can contact Revdex.com to have complaint re-opened if additional follwith dealership is needed

in the purchase contract that the dealership will repurchase the vehicle.Miles driven since purchase: approximately 20, Since his February purchase, Mr***’s vehicle has been in our service department on three occasions, March 13, April & October 31, for duplicate repairs due to a failed part- a compressorEach time, there has been no charge to Mr***, due to the compressor being covered under parts warranty Although there’s been no charge to Mr***, we understand and share his frustrationOur service manager, Roger ***, has opened a case with Chrysler, to report and find a solution to the failing compressorsMr*** reached out to Mr***, to get the vehicle back in for an assessment and verification that the compressor has failedWe have picked up the Jeep, gave Mr*** a loaner vehicle, and will diagnose the issue and be back in touch with Mr*** as soon as possible We’re confident we can work with Mr*** to fix the compressor issue, if indeed, that’s what’s occurring at this timeWe will also work again with him, if he wishes to trade in the Jeep for another vehicle
