DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY They will come to your home and send a large bill without ever telling you there is a service charge or how much the bill will beThis was a a problem that I had and they were the plumbers that did the original work They missed installing a part which is building code to have in place When the plumber left he said that there was no charge as it should have been done when the home was built, I even had to follow him out to ask this questions Three weeks later I get a bill in the mailWhen you call about the bill they will laugh and tell you how crazy you are and the courts will handle the problem In the end the billing department said that they were going to assume that I was not going to pay and the courts will take care of it My phone call was placed on the same day the bill came and it is the first bill I have seen Unusual for a company to threaten you when they have never spoken to you before VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Review: For my beach house in Delaware, I had plumbing issues. The service tech, [redacted], was above and beyond. I signed a cost proposal (for $2750) to have [redacted] do a repipe but did not give them a key at that time, as the job was not yet The plumbing manager [redacted] was mean, going off on my friend (a contractor) and I when we asked him one question on the phone, how he would do job. We wanted to understand cosmetically what would be done as we did not want pipes altering the look of the house. I told them I would mail them a key but never did. In the interim, I started getting other estimates and got one for $1150 and was told a repipe WAS NOT necessary, just raising the pipes and better insulation. I agreed to that plumber on Sunday and was calling [redacted] this morning when I found out they did the job without proper access granted to my house! My kitchen sink was removed since Granite is being installed which I would of wanted FIRST. Which means they weren't able to even test what they did, since they shouldn't of been doing it.

I did not give them a key and ignored their phone calls. They went around me through my HOA president (the plumbing company's neighbor) and got access. I was never notified by either work was being done and I'm scared what was done. What if they took something? I have a 125lb dog and would not want unauthorized visitors. How are they allowed to go around me to get access to my house? This is not legal. I asked the owner, [redacted] be notified and the admin would only notify Terry.Desired Settlement: I need to now drive down to the beach to see what was done. However I did not grant the plumbing company access and I'm scared what was done. The only response I get from them is where can we send the bill. Why weren't they asking CAN WE HAVE ACCESS. As they did not have permission.
