[redacted] Thank you for the response Interestingly enough, shortly after I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com I got a message from Harry Hunt that a loader was being sent I found that timing dubious given I hadn’t heard anything from them for days That did occur and my driveway is now clea [redacted] I do want continued follow up on the issue around the snow being all pushed to my side of the driveway which precipitated the issue in the first place Had they distributed the snow equally to my neighbor’s side we would have had a large pile of snow but would not have had the issue where our garage was half blocked I have reiterated to Harry Hunt that I expect the snow to be distributed on both sides of the drive, not just mine[redacted] Partner [redacted]

*** received an unusual feet of snow in days and all plow contractors were challenged to keep up with accumulated snow fall when Mr*** arrived at his second home at *** * *** ***, *** ***.Mr*** called to complain about his driveway snow load and was informed a snow plow would come to his house, which it did and it was determined and explained to Mr*** that he needed loader service to remove the pile The snow plow could not move the snow The lack of snow storage on his side of the property is the reason the snow was in his driveway The neighbor has alternative snow storage.Because of the extraordinary volume of snow accumulation in the *** areas, loaders have been working around the clock clearing and hauling snow to the snow dump at roads, parking areas, drive lanes and driveways.The timing of Mr*** multiple complaints to the Revdex.com and the coincidental arrival of the loader, was due to the a***ability of a machine, and the unique opportunity to directly communicate with the client, which generally does not occur with individual homeowners, due to scope of work and challenges within the Town of ***

I am rejecting this response because:[redacted] - thank you for your continued assistance in this matte**  I am fine to close out this case, but am rejecting Ms. [redacted]'s response.  It continues her approach to this issue where she develops the narrative as she goes and weaves inaccuracies and fabrications into her story.  I have no further interest in refuting her statements other than to tell you they are wrong and I have ample evidence to support my story if needed.  If you need anything further from me please let me know, otherwise feel free to close this case and please assign the lowest possible customer service satisfaction rating you have to my experience with Harry Hunts Snow Removal LLC.

I am rejecting this response because:
It is an inaccurate accounting of the facts. I called Harry Hunt on Monday the 29th to let them know the pile was blocking my driveway and needed to be removed.  I was told that would happen on Monday and it did not.  I called on Tuesday and again requested the pile be removed at which point pictures were requested.  I sent those immediately, was told by Harry Hunt that a loader was needed and I told them I realized that.  I was told it would be removed that day.  When it was not, I sent an email to Harry Hunt outlining my concerns.  I did not hear from that even though I specifically asked for a call to let me know what the plan was for removal.  I called again Wednesday and my call was not returned.  Friday I sent a text that was ignored until after I sent the complaint into the Revdex.com.  Finally at that time a loader was sent.With regard to my neighbor's slab, I specifically tried to engage in discussions with Harry Hunt related to using my side of the slab as the repository for snow from their side.  This discussion was deflected and ignored everything I attempted to bring it up.  At no point did Harry Hunt assert that my complaint was inaccurate.  There is no way the snow volume from my side resulted in the pile that blocked half of my garage entrance.  I was in [redacted] the weekend of 12/21 and the pile had started to build, I did not call at that point as it was not impeding my access.  However, given that there was no snow pile at my neighbor's slab at the time it was apparent their snow was being moved to my side of the slab.  This is what ultimately precipitated the issue with my garage being blocked and my neighbor having a completely clear drive.I certainly acknowledge that there was a significant amount of snow during the week; however, after Monday it did not snow again meaningfully until Saturday so I do now understand how they could not have found a way to more quickly clear the pile.  Had they cleared the snow to both sides of the drive during the week as they were plowing, rather than just to my side, this issue would not have arisen.Additionally, Harry Hunt has canceled my contract outside the terms of the agreement.  The agreement calls for 30 days written notice, which I have not as yet received.  Accordingly, until such notice is received I expect Harry Hunt to continue to clear my drive and to NOT clear my neighbor's snow to my side of the drive.
