Review: Myself and [redacted] insurance company constantly called and spoke with receptionist [redacted] of Dr Harry Klapper office for billing documents to be submitted to the [redacted] insurance company. [redacted] has hung the phone up on us numerous times and she's unprofessional. A complaint was submitted to my insurance company for her failing to submit the needed documents. The one time the insurance company did speak to her she told them that she would have the Doctor submit the claim within two weeks. I received a response from my insurance company in response to my complaint. [redacted] refuses to cooperate and provide me with the documents of services that I paid for.Desired Settlement: All I want is my explanation of benefits from 2013 of the services my husband received so that I can provide if to my flexible spending company.
