Review: We contacted Harry Kenyon Inc. 4 weeks ago and informed them that we no longer wanted their two vending machines in our school and asked them to remove the machines as soon as possible. We are unable to speak to anyone beyond the secretary and our requests for a specific date for the removal of the machines and a phone call back from Harry have been ignored. Harry Kenyon Inc.'s lack of attention to this matter is hindering our ability to renovate areas in our building due to the presence of the two machines. An overall lack of customer service is what prompted our decision to remove the machines and should serve as a warning to others who might consider doing business with this company.Desired Settlement: We would like to have the two vending machines removed from our building now.
