Harry Lee's Concrete Services did not finish the job he was paid to do
I wish I could say that a project in the planning for years was a pleasant experience, but that is simply not trueI saved up and paid a professional to do this job as agreed and that is not what Harry Lee didI have reached out several times with hopes to resolve this issue and so far not a single word since my last attempt on October 25th
On August 15th I reached out to Harry Lee's Landscaping and Concrete Services to grind off resisting glue left over from outdoor carpet that was recently removed from my L shaped, concrete front porchHarry Lee came to my residence on August 27th to evaluate my porch project and on August 31st agreed in writing to grind existing concrete down to obtain a more level surface, thin set and patch some areas for $On September 21st two of his employees took turns working for hours grinding and concentrating on the front section only leaving out the side sectionThe entire porch was soaked when they stopped, so I was unable to view the final result until the concrete was dry the next day
My front porch project is incomplete--- there is still adhesive remaining and there are large areas on the side section they did not grind because there is visible paintI sent six messages with reference photos requesting him to come back and finish and also asking for a receipt for payment in fullI have not received a response from Harry Lee since September 23rd--- his final words to me were "the glue will wear off in time and there is more paint coverage than glue"
