This complaint has already been handledOur contract does state "if any wood is rotten it will be replaced at an additional cost to the owner of $X (depending on size) per lin ft"It must state this as we can not tell if the wood is rotten until we get the gutters downHarry met with *** [redacted] on the 20th of February and showed her by hitting the wood with a hammer that is was not rotten that some paint chipped had chipped offHarry agreed to have her fascia boards covered with vinyl coated coil stock for aesthetics look and it was done that day at no additional chargeShe paid the balance of the job the next day and we provided her with a warranty on her receiptWe believe everything is good on both sides of this job
