My name is Theoharris A***, I spoke with you briefly about a complaint made to you about Harry the Greeks, in NewTown N.Das I said to you before this is what happened on April 30th 2017. A man called asking if I delivered, I replied "yes" and took his order after, about minutes of
talking about what was on the menuHe said he wanted a one pound burgarI told him it would take awhile to cook a one pound burger thoroughAnd that there were two orders ahead of him so, please give me awhileHe asked how long I said about a half hour to cook the burger after I put it on grillAnd about Minuets before I put it on, to finish other two orders he replied okay gave me his address for delivery and hung up, after I cook burger I prepare and wrap to deliver and then deliver, after he paid he said he ordered fries and drink I told him I can go back and make you fries and deliver you drink and fries, he said okay, I went back and started to cook the fries and he called saying he would just have a friend pick up fries and drink, I said okay and packed up his friesHe then called back and said he needs fries n drink delivered I said okay and deliveredThe man payed and gave me tipAfter I got back to restaurant, he called asking for refund, I asked why he said it took to long I say okay no problem, May I have the burger backHe refused and said he no longer had the burgerI asked three times for the burger and yes I will give refund when I get burger he refused each time, so I hung up phone. I have never had a complaint on me ,my service or my foodI work very hard to make my customers happy but can not let customer take advantage of meHe never mentioned anything about mold on breadI believe the Revdex.com has the experience to know the difference between a lie and the truthIf a customer is unhappy I do my best to make him happy again Thank you for your time and I apologize for the delay in responding I have been going back and fourth to hospital for a burn I sustained and have been away from my work
