I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
RESPONSE; OUR COMPLAINT IS STILL AGAINST HARRY'S GARAGE DOORSAFTER OUR LAST PHONE CALL WHICH HE TOLD US TO CALL CLOPAY AND HUNG UPWE DID, AND THEY SAID FROM THE S/N THAT WAS ON THE DOOR IT WAS SENT TO A *** OR *** DEALER BUT THEY SENT REPLACEMENT CABLESHARRY COULD HAVE BEEN HONEST TO START WITH AND NOT STRUNG US ALONG FOR MONTHS WITH PROMISES OF COMMING OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEMMY MESSAGE IS GET IT IN WRITTING IF YOU ARE GOING TO BUY FROM HARRY.** ** ***
