I do not have any evidence that ** and his team have made significant efforts on our behalf Beyond being a conduit of information between us and the insurance companyEven as the conduit, it was poorly executed, ripe with mistakes and offering no value beyond the pass through of information No attempt was made to scrutinize the insurance carrier's offer which was based on incomplete information that ** and his team provided*** required makes and models of the damaged goods, and instead a list of item description was made by ** and his teamAfter the initial assessment, no significant work was done other than being a middle man of information without adding valueOnly after I threatened both ** and *** with legal action did they actually provided the results that we were promised to receive but at great cost to usIt is obvious to us that ** has lied and not owned up to any mistakes he's made.Regards,

My name is *** *** and I operate as Alfred Elk Public Insurance Adjusters Incat ** *** *** *** *** ***I have been in business for over years and have handled more than ten thousand claims during that time periodI am designated as a Senior Professional Public Adjuster, the
highest level of accreditation nationwide*** ***, ***r's wife hired me while we were representing Mr*** *** the building owner on the fire that occurred to his property on June 26, at ** *** *** in ***, MaThe building claim was settled for over and paid by mid September*** represented Mr***'s carrier Progressive Insurance and sent out *** *** from *** *** to view the damage*** *** who works for me and myself viewed the claim with Mr***He indicated that he was the adjuster and we would be dealing with himWe presented a claim to him and reviewed all the items that were damagedHe took notes and spent a considerable amount of time with usAfter our initial meeting I left messages for Mr*** and he never returned any of my callsI was informed after several weeks that *** *** would be handling the claim*** is an out of state desk adjuster and has never viewed the loss in person, nor has any other re from *** seen the damagesIn response to our claim of over they made an offer of $18.002.62RCV and $ACVThe first payment of was not received 7/29/Subsequent payments were made of $on 8/5/2015, on 8/28/and a check which bounced on 9/21/I made repeated attempts to get *** to consider our claim and to view the propertyShe refused to view the loss and never had a rep look at the damages other than Mr***I sent out over emails to *** and supplied Mr*** with copies of all messagesMr*** decided early on that we were not aggressively pursuing his claim and that the carrier was not at faultEvery communication with *** was drawn out, most calls were never answeredshe clearly followed a policy of delay and obfuscationthey wanted us to go awayWe also submitted all the additional living expense details for the insured, on which there is no fee involved*** Insurance is a relatively new to adjusting in the Massachusetts area and are obviously trying to minimize their expenses in handling claimsThey took forever in responding to oue calls and emails and never viewed the loss themselvesThey became part of the problem and not the solutionUnfortunately Mr*** was not supportive of our effortsHe asked me to reduce mt fee in exchange for not making a complaintI rejected that offerWhen I brought him the last check he started to fight with me on the street in front of his office in CambridgeHe grabbed part of the check and ran into the buildingHe called later and apologized for his actionsInsurance companies can make an adjustment process difficult or seemless, in this case it was very difficult and the insured didn't want to accept that we were making a strong enough effort on his partThis is the first time I have received such a complaint from The Revdex.com
