Review: Harry's Italian has messed up two of my pizza orders. I requested a refund both times, and the [redacted]r agreed to each one. My credit card was charged, but I never received the refund. I've called several times, but I've been told every time that there's not a manager on site who can help me. I've asked that the manager call me back when he does arrive, but I've never received a call back. I'm currently owed $59.89, one from an order on October [redacted], 2014 in the amount of $30.49 and one from an order on May [redacted], 2015 in the amount of $29.40.Desired Settlement: As stated above, I'm currently owed $59.89: $30.49 from October [redacted], 2014 and $29.40 from May [redacted], 2015. I'm happy to provide proof of the credit card charges from each occassion.
