Review: on 11/**/15 I purchased a pair of shoes (receipt # [redacted]), I returned them on 11/**/15. the shoes were uncomfortable and were very expensive - $528.04 with tax. I could not get a refund because they had posted a policy which said that I could only get a store credit if the shoes were returned within 10 days. On 12/**/15 I went back to the store to see if I could find replacement shoes that I liked and that would be comfortable. I did not find anything. I would like a refund. they have the shoes and can resell them , I am out $528.04. please help.Desired Settlement: that I will get a full refund on the purchase of the shoes

Our store policy, clearly posted in compliance with New York City's Consumer Affairs Department, and printed on every receipt, states that Store Credit or Exchange only on in-store purchases, within 10 days. [redacted] Store Credit is valid indefinitely, so we encourage her to shop again in the future.

Still would prefer a refund rather than be compelled to purchase shoes that I really do not want in order to spend down the $500. This has happened before and I just took the loss. I returned the shoes,they can resell them at full price, I'm out $500. There is no justice in that for me.

Review: Purchased a pair of shoes that split at the sole after 2 weeks of wear. Brought the shoes back to the store, hoping for an exchange. Manager [redacted] took my shoes to repair and gave me a claim check (#[redacted]). I called repeatedly over a course of 4 months, asking for an update. Was given vague answer every time. After 2 months of calling, I finally speak with [redacted], who tells me that the shoes have been sent back to the factory in Italy for the exchange consideration. Called once again today and just asked for my shoes back, not a refund, or exchange, or store credit, just my shoes. Spoke to [redacted] again, and he can not even locate my shoes nor he has any updated information. Price on the pair was over $500. I think I'm getting a "runaround." They have been providing me with very brief information, asking to wait and call back every time.

I also see online that people have similar repeated issues with this store.Desired Settlement: My shoes back (so I can repair them myself), or a full refund.

We appreciate [redacted]'s frustration, but the problem is that she modified the original boots shortly after purchase by adding a rubber outsole to the boots. This caused the flex point of the boots to change, putting extra stress on the cement lamination of the original sole. We attempted to have the vendor examine the boots, but because they had been materially modified, there was nothing either the vendor or we could do. [redacted] has already retrieved the boots on Saturday, April **.

Review: I ordered some ugg boots on December **,2015 for $130.+$7.95 for shipping. Received boots on December **,2015. Sent them back because they sent me 8 for a toddler, when I ordered 8 for an adult.I Sent them by [redacted] on December **,2015. They received boots on December **,2015. I yet to receive my refund of $130.00 I have called servial times and they keep giving me the run around. Stating that the refunded my money of $122.05. But I just got my bank statements & it says that Harrys shoe store #[redacted] did not refund $130.00 or the $122.05 like they said they did. Not only did they not refund me my money but it was an additional charge to my credit card for $7.95 on December**,2015. Two days after the received their boots.7 days after I made the order.Desired Settlement: I just want either the $130.00 that I paid for the boots or the $122.05 they said they refunded me. Also I want the $7.95 that they took out my account without my permission on December **,2015
