Had Mark and Ryan here today to install the new AC and they were greatArrived on time, the work was done within schedule and they were very niceSince the project began, my Husband and I have been in contact with different Harster employees and they have all been spot on

I am disappointed that this customer felt he had to contact the Revdex.com in order to get this issue resolved. I take Revdex.com complaints...

personally, they offend me as I try never to have them occur.
[redacted] our Service Manager, has visited this customer's home and looked over the HVAC system. The customer first complained of a humidity problem. He thinks he has a 3 ton system and that it is too big when in reality it is a 2 1/2 ton system. Six of our customers on that street have very similar houses and all have 2 1/2 ton systems. This customer spends time on the internet and is influenced allot, good or bad, by what he reads there.
What I've typed here is just a small inkling of what we've been through with this customer. We've done silly things trying to appease him by putting in a smaller A coil at his request which made the system less efficient. Now he wants money back since it is less efficient. I could return the difference in the cost of the coils but that will only appease him until the next issue he dreams up.
My suggestion is for Harster Heating and A/C to return his full purchase price of $6639.00 . We will remove the equipment that we installed and this customer can coordinate with another HVAC company to install new equipment. We can remove our equipment early in the morning so the next HVAC company can install their equipment the same day. Hopefully, another HVAC company can solve all the issues for this customer.
