Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] ***

*** *** purchased a Dodge Ram from us on 08/13/2015. On 8/14/she returned the van at 4:00pm in the afternoon saying there was to much wrong with it, and that one of her clients wheel chair would not fit on it. She also stated that there was a lemon law for used
cars and that she had days to return the van. I informed her that there was no lemon law for used cars or a 3day return policy. I told her that since she was leaving town this weekend that I would fix any problems with the van, but I could not make the chairlift any wider. I did inform her that it was a standard wheel chair lift made by Broan Company. I also informed her that the purchase was made and a contract was written and accepted by both parties, after she test drove the vehicle. It was too late in the day to inspect and address any of her complaints, so we decided to wait till she return the following week to discuss the matter further. On Wednesday, August 19th she called me by telephone and asked for her money back. I then told her that there was nothing wrong with the brakes other then a bad ABS ground, and that it never overheated for us and it passed a pressure test, but we did charge another pound of Freon into the air-conditioning system. She then stated that she did not want the van, since her client did not fit in the chairlift with his wheel chair. I then offered her, her first choice a Ford with a larger wheel chairlift for the same price. She then stated that she wants her money back. I then told her that I would refund her money minus 5% of the purchase price which is $200.00 She then agreed to that, and stated she would pickup her money the next day when she got in town. The next day, August 20th 2015, she returned to my lot when my employee was writing a new purchase contract up on this vehicle. *** was mad that I was able to find a new buyer so fast and then stated that I should give her all her money back since I had a buyer on it. I then informed her that I gave the new buyer a lower price, since I was making $from her. She was upset but she did receive a refund minus 5% of the purchase price. I then thought the matter was resolved until I received the second notice from the Revdex.com. *** Mann agreed to everything that was said and done by Hart Auto. Sincerely *** *** *** ** *** ***

Review: I went to purchase a wheelchair vehicle the van looked really nice, but had some other problems with it. We discuss what was wrong [redacted] and myself and he told me that he would fix the problems before the purchase was made. Then my main concern was the air conditioning not working and he told me they would fix that also. They had the van for a week when I went to pick it up he told me that everything was fixed and that it was good to go. I drove it off the lot and 45mins. Later it ran hot and the engine light, brake light and abs light came on. Also within the 45mins the A/C was still not working. So I took the van back and told him what happen and also told him that the wheelchair ramp was not standard size and I can't get a wheelchair on the van. With all that being said I told him that I will like my money back not only that but my clients said the van was unsafe and that he would not ride in it. I lost money for the day but I am only asking for my money back that I gave him. I picked the van up on the 14 of August and dropped it back off on the 14 August only had it for 45 min. and he know that I needed the van because I was going out of town Monday 17 of August. At this time the services that was to be made on the van was unsatisfactory and delivery was never made to myself. With all that being said I told him that I will like my money back. I have not had a response for [redacted] since him accepted the van back Friday.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back!
