We have not received another email from the customer I am wondering if he has our correct email address? The uv light came with its own breaker and is installed on it The customer said we installed it on his breaker We would come out there and look at the uv light again at not charge.Thank you

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]I have sent my receipts to the Revdex.com, proof from the other company that they had to install the outlet/breaker that previously hadn't been and do repairs because of the faulty installation In addition, I provided a copy of the owner's installation manual they provided to me since I received nothing when it was installed I have also sent a response to the Revdex.com each time it has been requested, so how is this not responding? I tried repeatedly to contact this company before ever contacting the Revdex.com, with no response, so why would I start contacting them directly again now that the Revdex.com is involved? All of my communication has been noted with Revdex.com, so again, how is this not responding? I do not want the company to come and just "look" at anything I have provided all of the documents requested and I want to either be reimbursed for the repairs due to the improper installation or they can refund me all of the money I paid them and come get their UV light back I am tired of this ridiculous back and forth game This company should not try to criticize me for not contacting them when I repeatedly tried to, but never got a response from them until I contacted the Revdex.com Perhaps they should have attempted to contact me Clearly they have my name on file, but perhaps they would find me in their system if they'd quit referring to me as a him! If this situation is not rectified soon, I will have no choice but take them to court.Regards, [redacted] ***

CleanAir America went to Mr [redacted] home at [redacted] and gave him a quote for equipment and install of a [redacted] condenser and coil We installed the unit June 4, and finished the install June 5, He put down $which was half down and he still owes $ First he did not want to pay the balance because the installers were dirty Then after they cleaned up he did not want to pay because the return air was not fixed properly We fixed the return air properly Then he said he did not want to pay because their is a problem with the drain line The drain line is extremely old He never said he wanted a new drain line Richard and Joe both talked to [redacted] and [redacted] is a very extremely violet and aggressive person He believes if he yells and screams at people he will get his wayHe threatened Joe and keep saying he has lawyers on retainer and ready to sue CleanAir America Repeatedly he threatened us and our employees He had excuse after excuse of why he didn't want to pay for something that is perfectly working in his home Clean Air America even said to [redacted] we will replace the drain line and the draw sting which we did not break, if Mr [redacted] will pay us the remaining balance he owes to Clean Air America He still refused We had to set in motion a Mechanical lien because Mr [redacted] will not co-operate with us at ALL We have tried calling, emailing, etcto get this problem solved and he just will not cooperate and he is extremely violent.,Sincerly,CleanAir America

[redacted] purchased an APCO uv light from us The Apco uv light comes with its own transformer A uv light would not fry a board even if it was connected to it But, the Apco comes with its own transformer board Putting in an uv light has nothing to do with a coil His coil issue is with the ac nothing to do with air ducts or uv lights Mr [redacted] only emailed us one time on March 22, We would come back and check the uv light if something was wrong I would like to see the invoice from the other company and talk to them, because like I stated before the Apco has its own transfomer.Thank you,Clean Air America

The response from CleanAir America is very untrueRichard, the salesperson gave me a quote to install a new compressor and evaporator as well as fix the return air line in the attic as it was too smallThis quote was given over the phone, Richard never came to my house before the install dateOn June 4th, they installed the unit and told us it was doneThe house was left with trash and insulation left all over, as well as mud tracked on the carpetsCleanAir America never came to clean their mess up, we had toWe also found that they had not fixed the return air as promised and the A/C was not functioning and was freezing upOn June 5, they came back and found the unit low on FreonI was told by the installer that they did not compensate for Freon in the line set and that is why it was freezing over For days after the A/C was still not functioning properly and was running all dayIt could not keep the house below degreesI tried for days to get them to come fix itFinally on June 9, Richard came to my house to try to fix itHe told us the problem was that the unit was still low on Freon and told us he would inspect the rest of the installWhile in the attic he broke the main drain line and put a PVC degree fitting on it turning the main drain directly into the auxiliary pan, which is a code violation The auxiliary pan drips directly on to the roof over my patio in the backyard and the constant water on it has caused a leak and water damage sinceThe A/C still did not function properly after this and on June 10, they sent another technician out that finally got the unit to cool properly but did not fix the main drain lineOn June 11, I spoke with Mr*** and he told me he would not fix anything unless I paid the full amount first, at which point I told him I would not pay the full amount until they fixed what they broke, which I am within my rights to doHe then told me he would sue me and put a lien on my home if I did not pay himI did not threaten him or his employees in anyway, I was only threatened by himI only wanted the job finished before I paid the remaining balanceHe then told me he would not fix it and he was going to put a lien on my homeOn June 12, I had another A/C company come out to inspect the A/CI was told that the freon levels were to high, the return air line was too small, and that they had used the existing copper line set which was too small for the new unit On June 28, Richard called me and apologized and asked if they came out and fixed the problem would we pay the balanceI told him absolutely and explained what the other company had found wrong with the unit, as well as the water damage doneHe informed me that they would not fix the water damage or the copper line set that was improperly installedRegardless I still agreed just to have the issue resolved, I only requested that they give it to me in writing what they were going to fixOn June 29, I received an email from "Ido ***" stating that they would fix it only if I paid the full balance before they came outI have not been uncooperative with this companyI have not threatened this companyI have only requested they fix what they broke and finish the job they startedI have photographic proof of all the problems listed aboveI have an inspection report from another company stating the problems that are still wrongI also have proof from seven other companies showing there was no problems with my drain line before CleanAir America came into my homeI have not been unreasonable, I have only requested they fix the problems they created with my A/C and in home.

[redacted] called our company and said it was an emergency to have someone out to her home immediately.  We sent our technician over to her home that day.  Her unit was low on freon which we charged her $39.95 to find out it was low.  We told her it was low and needed freon.  We...

charged her $60.00 a pound not $65.00 as she stated.  The technician told her it would be an additional cost to find the leak.  She only wanted the freon added and that is what we did. On our invoice we wrote freon is just a temporary fix and we need to find the leak to solve the problem.  She called an complained to the manager and the manager refunded her $100.00.  We did what we were suppose to do.

We did email [redacted] stating we would add a string line to the attic and fix the drain line after he signed the paperwork we emailed him and pay us for the work we have completed that [redacted] has not paid for.  He wants to pay half for a $6000.00 job, that equipment was paid for and installers and sales tech have already been paid for.  [redacted] is a very verbally abusive and threatening person to deal with.  We did our part of this and we have gone over and beyond what we originally agreed on.  [redacted] is the one who does not want to pay for work already done and work we are willing to do to make him happy.  We offered to fix everything as soon as he pays us for work we have already completed.Clean Air America
