I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***0, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I feel the merchant is confused as to what I am contesting hereAnd I am unsure why it is relevant to continually mention that I have left him bad reviewsUnfortunately, that is my only option as the shop blocked my phone number and refuses to honor there warranties, both verbal and in writingAt this point, even after being assured by a technician that the noises I hear are only temporary and that if I have "any problems at all, we will take care of it."This is simply not trueIn the attached pictures of text messages with the owner you can see how he told me abruptly to "take my car elsewhere" and that I "obviously don't understand cars" after simply asking why I was charged for a repair when I was promised over the phone that the fee would be applied to additional repairsI also respectfully communicated that I was still having issues with the repair and my phone was abruptly blocked and could not contact the shopFurthermore, I was NEVER told of any PPI fee, neverPer the owners comments " He dropped his car off after hours so we did not discuss this again but we have the key drop envelope with his signature" That is correct, I listed exactly what I wanted doneI never mentioned any inspection of any kindNo inspection nor fee for an inspection was ever discussed and was certainly not agreed toI am therefore, since they refuse to address my concerns with the car, asking for a refund of the PPI fee of $and the $repair fee that was promised to me over the phone would be applied to additional repairs and was notI will unfortunately have to accept the over $I spent on power steering repair will be a loss because they will not take responsibilityFor what it's worth, I have been verbally attacked and insulted by a technician of the shop after I left a review on their *** pageIt has since been removed, but I was called "a two-bit wannabe car collector" and that he was "glad we blocked him from coming back." This is just an example of the hostile, unprofessional behavior exhibited by this companyI hope the Revdex.com can protect consumers like me from dishonest, manipulative and unfair business like this one
