SaturdayShe was clearly told that we closed at noonI was in the adjacentdesign area when she was here and I recall my manager define our Saturday hoursWe had three otherorder owners that did not arrive before our noon closingWe put a phone list on the door for people tocall after hours if they didn't show of the called and Madison came back to the shop to give themtheir flowers.*** called on MondayWhen I called *** back on Feb 5th I explained to her that Weddingbouquets were non- refundable & that I would still give her the larger bouquetShe stated okAboutan hour later her daughter called & demanded that she be refunded the $that they were not toldthat we closed at noon, and that they called the store several timesNo messages were on ouranswering machine from the *** familyIf they had shown up to pick up the order, they wouldhave seen the note on the doorlike the other clients, and received their orderIt is not clear to me whythey would have chosen to call on Saturday afternoon rather than show up for the orderI am guessingthat they forgot about our closing time and called to see if anyone was still in the shopWhen they gotno phone response they did not bother to show up.***'s husband, I'm presuming, came into the shop later that February 5th afternoon and picked upthe larger bouquet and wanted the smaller one as well - I again explained that they didn't pay for thewhole order and that he could purchase the balance if he wanted the second bouquet.The complaint asserts that the husband wanted both bouquets and that the shop had promised such.The second bouquet was available for pickup if the balance had been paid.A refund is demanded as resolutionThe request is unreasonable and actually absurd since the fatherpicked up the bouquet on Monday and it is obvious that the *** family actually made no attempt toactually pick up the bouquet on SaturdayThe father picked up the one bouquet that had been paid for.Harts provided a contact phone number to allow for after- hours pickup and has an employee that livesminutes awayThe fair resolution would be the payment of $to Hart's that being the invoiceamount plus tax for the bouquet that they did pick upI will waive that.We understand that time gets t.~way from people and try to be proactive with our customer service byproviding personal off- hours servicesWe care about our customers and our community andunderstand that flowers are personal and a part of special eventsWe believe that we go the extra mileto provide quality service.I am available at *** if you wish to discuss this complaint.Best regards.Barbie H***OwnerHart's Floral

I am rejecting this response because: what you are stating in the response it a lieI understand if we do not get the refund back You were not there when my mom made the purchase of the flowersIt was Madison who helped my mom outYou only gave the prices and went back to your officeYour employee did not tell her about the shop being closed on SaturdayThey did not ask for a phone number, name, and she did not tell us when to pick up the flowersYou specifically told my mom she could have both the bouquets but since I called to ask for the refund it is very clear that you changed your mind and only gave us the small bouquetYou never told her to pay the rest of the amountMy dad went to pick up what was promised and he did not receive itWhy on earth will we be purchasing flowers after the wedding passedWe want you to state the truth and we want you to accept that all of this is your faultAs for the $fee you are only stating this because we sent in a complaintThe fee is not the resolutionHarts floral does not live up to its mottoIt is very clear that you only care about money and did not care about us as customers.
