Review: I went to the [redacted] Hospital walk-in clinic in [redacted], complaining of sharp pain in my mid-back, that was spreading to my lower stomach. I was advised that I had a urinary tract infection that was spreading to my kidneys and sent away with a couple of prescriptions and the advice that if the pain didn't go away within 2 days, to immediately go to the ER. When the pain did not subside, that's exactly what I did. At the [redacted] Hospital ER in [redacted], I was advised that it definitely was NOT a kidney infection and that it was just a kidney stone, and there had been no need for me to have gone to the ER. This diagnosis should have been made at the walk-in clinic. However, since it was not, and I was advised to go to the ER, I ended up with an outrageous ER bill. I filed a dispute but it was not acknowledged as valid.Desired Settlement: The ER charges should have been waived since I had been misdiagnosed by the same group of doctors only 2 days earlier.

Review: Dear Revdex.com:

Attached is a document from EOS with collection notice (putting a negative mark on my credit score).

Also attached is my documentation back-n-forth with Hartford Hospital AR of why I do not owe them this money. As of today, not a response from Hartford Hospital has been received regarding my letters explaining why I am not paying the monies since it was Hartford Hospital at fault.

I would appreciate the harassment to stop if they are not taking the time to rsvp to my attached documents.Desired Settlement: Maybe Revdex.com can contact EOS and Hartford Hospital to update their records and delete me from their negative credit and requesting pay when I owe them nothing seeing the circumstances of what happened at the hospital back in August 2014.

Thanks you. [redacted]

Review: Account [redacted]On 9.20.13 I took my daughter in with a mild concussion to the ER and paid my co-pay....I have the reciept.I have since been recieving bills for my co-pay. I have faxed in the reciept and followed up with the billing dept several times to be told it is being researched. I can't get a person who can make a decision on the phone, only that they are researching it. There is nothing to look into at this point. The bill was paid, I provided a reciept and I have wasted hours of time following up, sitting on hold etc to still not have a simple bill resolved.Desired Settlement: I expect to recieve a call letting me know the issue has been resolved so I can table following up on this matter and continuin to waste time. If I don't recieve a call within a reasonable amount of time I plan to visit the Hospital in person and seek a resolution while I have a complete day to waste of your time as well as mine.
