Had the same experience as the other reviewersThe Revdex.com really should check into this Company, especially watch their website for free trials (and no mention of further deliveries at an exorbitant price.) This Company is not trustworthy and I consider their "trials" a scam

My husband ordered a free trial of Zyalix We never received the free trial and did not cancel within the day period We were then charged for two months.but we never received the product I tracked it through [redacted] and discovered it was returned because it could not be delivered as addressed I called the company and cancelled any future orders and also asked for a credit on the products we did not recieveHe had never been able to try the product and so was no longer interested The customer service representative told me that the only thing he could do was send us the two months of product that we had not received and charge us for them I told him repeatedly that we did not want them but his answer was always the same, that there was absolutely no way he could cancel the order and give us a credit We will send the product back as soon as we get it This is ridiculous!

I read the terms and conditions and specifically decided NOT to enroll in the subscription I did not check the box and exited the websiteTo my shock and amazement, the product was sent to me anyway and when I called to complain they swore that I had checked the box and that my credit card will be chargedI can't wait to dispute this with the credit card company !

The same as previous customers, I ordered a sample and they sent me another order for $They kept my credit card information and billed it without my permissionWhen I ordered the computer logged out of their site once credit card information was complete but I received an acknowledgementI believe this was on purpose so they could say I signed up for a trialWhen I called they refused a refund, I threatened to go to my credit card company and they started asking if I would keep the product for 30%, then 50% offI said no and they authorized a return numberI am still calling my credit card companywhat a scam

When I ordered the "free trial" of L'Envi Age cream, I looked for "fine print" in case I would have to re-order every month or things like thatBut there was no "fine print" that came with the order, either on line or with my order in packageThere was an email confirmation, but no mentioning of any charge for the trial or follow up order, or any contact infoin case of cancellation (thought it was odd)So when my credit card company reported a charge from the company of $94.99, I was caught off guard and thought my credit card was compromised at firstThen I realized that I was "scammed"I called the number on credit card right away, and was surprised to talk to someone because I thought the number was phonyThe guy was nice enough to "cancel" the order after attempting to offer me discountsI still don't know whether the charge was for the trail, or "follow on order"The advertising tactic was definitely misleading and I only wish I'd known better!

All I can say is "read the small print". This companies advertising ad indicates that you can try their product for $4.95 and if you like it you can order the product at a full price later on. You are then mailed the "sample" product and to your surprise your credit card is billed two separate charges of $99.00. When you call the company you are told that is the price of the sample products that you already received. It is all legal like on their part but in my opinion is a horribly sneaky way of selling their product. I would have NEVER ordered two face products that cost me over $100 each and feel like I've been scammed by this company. As I said "READ THE SMALL PRINT" as this company is devious and scams you out of your hard earned money. I will inform all my friends on facebook to beware of this company and will do my darndest to keep people from ordering their product just because of the way they do business and con you into paying an extremely high price for their product.

My husband ordered a free trial of Zyalix. We never received the free trial and did not cancel within the 15 day period. We were then charged 89.92 for two months.but we never received the product. I tracked it through [redacted] and discovered it was returned because it could not be delivered as addressed. I called the company and cancelled any future orders and also asked for a credit on the products we did not recieve. He had never been able to try the product and so was no longer interested.
