Not only the items I ordered on your site arrived considerably late and missed my wife birthday
Not only your customer service was very cold and was supposed to call me back and never did…
BUT I just saw online the same items FOR WAY MORE CHEAP!

I went crazy looking for glazed ceramic corner shelves for my 2 showers. Eclectic-Ware had exactly what I was looking for and they have an extensive color array. Their website is very informative. I needed the shelves immediately. I ordered them late at night on December 26 & received them in excellent condition on December 29. I am extremely happy with the quality of the shelves. I highly recommend this company.

Spent weeks looking for towel bar replacements, tried Home Depot, Lowes, and any other place you could think of and could not find replacement bars in 3/4" width. I found Ectectic-Ware's site while searching on Google for help and they have been a godsend. The replacement bars they sell are perfect and when they arrived, they were exactly what was promised. The company was quick to ship and overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Ordered quite a few ceramic items (shelves, towel bars, soap dish, etc) for a bath remodel. One of the pieces I ordered was the wrong back mount and needed to be exchanged. I paid for the shipping both ways to exchange the item and was very disappointed to see that I was charged a restock fee. Not a great way to keep customers, guess I'll have to shop elsewhere for my next remodel items.

Several years ago I purchased several HERA Slim Light for my office remodel. The place I ordered from no longer carries the bulbs and I had to contact HERA to find another dealer. I was given a company and they informed me that I could not purchase from them because I was not a contractor (even though I am a designer with a resale number). Second contact with HERA connected me with Electic-Ware and their response was immediate and positive. I received a quote via email and then received a call to confirm my order and payment. The bulbs arrived within days and now I need more and received the same kind of fast, courteous service. Wonderful company!

John W. provides super service. We have small under cabinet lights in our house whose plastic trim breaks from time to time. Hera (the mfgr) has discontinued the model and no longer sells replacement parts. Hera referred me to him. He actually wrote me first before I even read Hera's referral.

John walked me through the options of replacing the existing ones with LEDs. (The email he first wrote must have taken him at least 30 minutes to write.) We decided not to do that since we just repainted our kitchen cabinets. I then ordered enough replacement parts to last until the next time we need to paint our kitchen cabinets.

Not only was John a pleasure to work with on this, but he seems to be a very smart guy. When Hera announced their discontinuing of the light, he bought up all of the replacement part inventory he could and prominently explained what was going on on his website.

Even though I am in California, if I have any need for the products he supplies, I would not hesitate to do business with him again.

Excelent service. Kept me udated on my order and very helpful in getting me the product I needed.
