Several years ago I purchased several HERA Slim Light for my office remodel The place I ordered from no longer carries the bulbs and I had to contact HERA to find another dealer I was given a company and they informed me that I could not purchase from them because I was not a contractor (even though I am a designer with a resale number) Second contact with HERA connected me with Electic-Ware and their response was immediate and positive I received a quote via email and then received a call to confirm my order and payment The bulbs arrived within days and now I need more and received the same kind of fast, courteous service Wonderful company!
