Paid for a custom order and did not receive the goods or requested refund. During the summer of 2015 I corresponded with [redacted] through both personal and business page [redacted] ) and e-mail messages regarding the purchase of a bulk order of homemade hedgehog related supplies. A quote for $250 was provided to me by [redacted] , on August 15, 2015 via [redacted] for a custom order of 10 "tunnels" and 40 "snuggle sacks" with shipping included to a US address. It was agreed upon between [redacted] and myself that the order would commence upon the receipt of full payment. Being a custom order, it was understood that specific materials were required for the completion of the hedgehog supplies were to be purchased prior to production. On September 3, 2015 full payment for the custom order was successfully made to [redacted] , as an e-transfer from my US bank account (at [redacted] ) to her bank (at ***). I contacted [redacted] through [redacted], once the transfer was completed on-line on my end, to ensure that the money arrived and she acknowledged that she had received the funds. It was further noted in conversation on [redacted] that day that she was going out of town for a short trip and that the order would be completed upon her return. After September 3rd, there was no further communication from [redacted] regarding the completion or shipment of the order. I made multiple attempts to communicate with [redacted] in September and October through [redacted] (and were "seen" on her end), e-mail and calling her directly through her business phone number regarding the status of the order and a tracking number, to no avail.On October 30th, it had become clear to me that [redacted] had no intentions of completing the order and I asked for a refund through her personal [redacted]. The message had been once again "seen", but no reply was made.With this transfer being made for commercial goods my bank did attempt to contact [redacted] to reverse the e-transfer, but not successful. It was relayed to me, by the fraud department of my bank, that there were no funds in [redacted]'s bank account to even attempt to reverse the funds. Desired SettlementI want to received a FULL refund of $250US.
