While the work itself is quality, the customer service is anything butWe spent several thousands of dollars on new door and shuttersI talked with the owner multiple times before the job was done and told him I wanted everything cream, except the shutters, which were to be greenWe went over the colors at least or timesWhen the work was done, I was a bit surprised to see the capping was white and only the doors were creamI looked at the contract where he wrote "white capping." I thought to myself "I guess it doesn't come in cream."
When I called him to ask him if it was paintable, he asked why I didn't order it in cream to begin withWhen I said I did, he told me I was wrong, I never asked for creamNo apology, nothingJust that I was wrongHe also said it was my fault and my problem, and that I would have to pay to have new capping put on or paint it myself (or pay a painter to do it)Then he went on to say he assumed I wanted white because the old capping was whiteMind you, the old doors were white too, but I was changing them to creamI asked him to pay for a painter and I would buy the paintHe refusedI guess he figures he got paid so there is no reason to correct his mistakeApparently he is not concerned with making the customer happyFor that reason, I would not refer anybody to him
