Purchased and had Hartman companies install Dwarf Lilac shrubsThe shrubs came with a year warranty
This summer we had Hartman Companies come out to replace Lilac Dwarf shrubs that failed under warrantyThey came out to replace the shrubs but did not add an additive to the soil that we originally paid forAlso, when they put in the new plants they did not cover the plant roots completely, so I asked one of the workers to come back and put more dirt around the shrubsWhat the worker did was take dirt gravel from the street and proceeded to put it around the shrubsApproximately, one week later we noticed that the leaves on one of the shrubs were falling off and brought it to the attention of Hartman companiesInstead of replacing the shrub,which we asked for, they sent us a rude letter indicating that they fulfilled the warranty obligation and would not be replacing or doing any further work for usI contacted the owner *** to voice my confusion as to why they would
