When I stated the guy took me in the back of the buildingwhen you pull into the the carwash lot, you go striaght to the bak of the building, and drop off your car to the gentle mens doing the vaccuming, as my car started to move from the vacumm station I notice the missing handle, I walk back out the door to and asked the guys where is my handle the [redacted] guys acted like they didnt understand what I was saying so I walked back up to the front of the building and told the lady at the window then she instructed another man to take me to the back and see a sign that was very close to the ground I drive a truck my truck sits higher than the sign he showed me
