Review: [redacted]On June 25, 2013, I contacted Dr. Hartman Rehabilitation to receive another copy of my medical records. I received a copy back in 2011 because of relocation to another state. When I called, as always I get an unprofessional person. I believe she said Dr. Hartmans office, how can I help you? Really low and with attitude. I said excuse me I didn't hear you, she answered with more attitude and huffed. Dr. Hartmans office. I said, Hi Im calling for a copy of my medical records I missed placed the records that I had in my house. She says, nastily (whats your name)? I said, Who am I talking to? She replied What? I repeated the question and finally said Samantha. She puts me on hold for about 4 minutes. Comes back doesn't not say sorry for the wait. She tells me that they dont' send records to people only other doctors. I said to her. I am the patient and it is my right to receive my records plus I already had them from this office. She puts me on hold again for about 3 minutescomes backstill no sorry for the wait. She just says, Ok, [redacted] what's your address? She was totally unprofessional and need to be retrained in basic customer service. On June 28th 2013, I received an incomplete copy of my medical records. The report had an incorrect age for me and was only 6 pages longwhen this report was created I did not live in NC, so wrong address too. Ive been gong there every three months for injections since 2008 until 2011 and all I receives was 6 pages of documents. This is Unbelievable. I dreaded once again to contact Dr. Hartman's office. July 2nd 2013, I called and the person picked up without identifying herself, so I had no idea who answered the phone. Dr. Hartman's office. I said hi Samantha, because I thought that was her, but it was another unprofessional worker. She asked whos this? I said [redacted], [redacted]. She places me on hold for a minute or two. [redacted] comes to the phone. [redacted] is Dr. Hartmans wife. Hi [redacted], this is [redacted]. I said, Oh hi [redacted], how you doing? No reply. I said I requested my records and got the end of them not all of them. She says (WHAT) are you talking about. I told her last week I spoke with [redacted] she interrupted, loud, obnoxious and rude. First of all you have to pay; I said I know that I told [redacted] this last week thats not a problem. While Im trying to explain, [redacted] is screaming and saying What exactly do you want [redacted]?. I said all of my records, she says you lost them, again while Im trying to talk shes screaming and talking over me. We have your records from 2008 what do you want to pick them up? I said I live in NC. She still loud and screaming, saying where do you want us to mail them. Im yelling this is how you treat a customer? this is how you treat a patient? She still yelling, where do you want us to mail them? I said you know what Im going to write to the Revdex.com and the Medical Board. She sarcastically saying oh really, oh really. I said you know what have a wonderful life and hung up.Desired Settlement: All I want is my medical records...I should not have to be treated like this.
