I would like to give a great review for our maintenance department here at Cass Lake Club Shore apt in Waterford Michigan time is the best maintenance guy in the whole department he cares about the tenants he's always willing to go above and beyond so I would like to give him the thumbs up five stars he is the best thank you Maria Bailey tenant

This company is not very well managedOut of the six, almost seven, years of residence I've had nothing but bad maintenance and communicationTheir only concern is to collect paymentsThey had never complied with agreement /arrangements once the lease was signedI will never reference any one I know

I lived at the complex almost yrsin july I let my lease run out, & did month to monthI found my home, and then advised to Kanita in the office at Hidden Valley apts that I would be moving soonShe advised to me that I can use my security deposit instead of paying the rent for the month of NovSo I came in, wrote a letter stating that I would be gone before 11/Kanita said as long as the keys were turned in by this time I would not be charged additional for atty's etcI turned my keys in, confirmed they were received, & when I would get a statementI receive the statement in Jan for $basically they added chargesThey are charging me $for carpet(that's already old, & not to mention I stayed there almost yrs) a hole that was already in the apartment(in the wall, which I never thought to look during the walk through)and $for heatI can care less about hole, but the carpet I don't agree withThen to top it off, they have the WORST PEOPLE W

Management is extremely rude, disrespectful, and sarcastic, regardless of what the issue isThe apartment itself is nice but I can't recommend this place to anyoneThe only reason I give star instead of zero is because I do like the apartment itself (despite an issue maintenance has continuously failed to resolve)I'm disappointed and frustrated to say the least

I have submitted several writtenComplaints about the the very disruptive, disrespectful tenants in apt (below me) who continue to harrass and stalk me management, "*** and ***" have failed to help or offer any logical solution they are taking sides unfortunately do to race and the male tenant in being the brother of a maintenance men in the building this has been an ongoing issue for almost a year now the police have been contacted on many different occasions do to the tenants following me or slamming doors so hard that they knock my things off the wall I have no privacy they are constantly eavesdropping on all my conversation and THERES A VERY BAD ODOR COMING UP THROUGH THE VENTS OUT OF THEIR APARTMENT,Also at times when I get in the shower they cut there water on and off to make my water cold they do any and everything to absolutely HARRASS ME I have lived here for almost six years and I enjoyed it and never had an issue but since the tenants in have moved in I have

I have lived in Bloomfield Villa apartments for 1/years without any issues and the day that I decide to move I receive a bill stating I owe because I decided to moveTo make matters worse I told a friend of mine how happy I had been with the apartment complex that she decided to move into the complex as wellI wish I would have directed her to go somewhere else
