Review: Hi I am havin problems with my toilet. He came to my house snaked it out . I contacted him I think the next day it still wasn't working right . He told me he would come back never showed . I texted him again and said sorry I am sorry I was busy . I will be there what ever day never showed . I text again he was supposed to come no show again . I texted agaim so sorry he said he would come when I wanted I told him no I just want a refund at this point he was supposed to dtop it off . Well a month n 1/2 later I am still waiting.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund but he don't even answer my text no more I told him I was reporting him to Revdex.comb

Review: In 10/**/13 I did singed the contact with Hartmann's Plumbing/Heating company for my boiler and water heater for a 1 full year and this contact will be expired on 10/**/14 .On February **,2014 My boiler were stopped working then I called the Hartmann's plumbing/Heating to look at it and fixed it, they didn't returns my call on that day therefore I sent text messages to one of their technician and called again to their office. they didn't reply my phone called neither text messages. In this very cold weather I did wait for them 3 full days to come to my house and fixed the problem. Since I haven't heart from them 3 days then I called some other Plumbing/Heating company to fixed the problem and I had to paid $120.00On March *,2014 I had similar problem with boiler again and I called Hartmann's Plumbing/Heating company to come look at it and fixed the problem, instead of they come to look at it they derided to providing service at my house boiler and they told me that the contact has been voided. In this situation I had called other Plumbing/Heating guy to come and fixed the problem.Desired Settlement: Originally I paid $280 Cash for one (1) full year contact. And I paid $120.00 to other Plumbing/Heating Company.They should refund $400.00

Review: We are renovating our home which involves complete new plumbing & heating on both the 1st and 2nd floor of our home. We hired Hartmann's Plumbing to perform this service after expressing that we needed this work done promptly since the work on the house left the entire family temporarily living in the basement. They began work on Oct. [redacted], 2013, at which point they received their first payment. They have since received additional payments to the point where the money they have been paid outreaches the work actually performed on the house, because they would continuously allege that they could not return to the house without receiving further payment after not showing up for days. We are now at the point, over 3 months after they started, where the work remains to be finished and no one will show up to do so. We have to constantly call them and they always say they will come next week or in a few days but no one ever shows up, without warning. No one has been at the house for weeks now. When we call asking for answers they always allege that the entire company is out sick. It has gotten to the point that when we call the [redacted], he is extremely rude and will even hang up on us or not even answer at all, and he has even gone as far as saying that he flat out just does not care. The work on the house is at a standstill because of the lack of professionalism of these people when the house could have been close to if not done already, leaving our family living in the basement.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund from Hartmann's in the amount that we would be able to pay someone else to come and finish the job so that we can move on with the work on the house in order for our family to go back to a better living environment instead of the basement, which was the purpose of performing work on the house in the first place. If that were not possible then we would just like them to come and complete the work already so that we can complete the work on the house.
