This dental office over charged me in the past My insurance paid them and so did I When I brought it to their attention, they would not return my money, but only give me a credit for future work This happened TWICE Then I left the practice My husband continued there, he was sick and could not make an appointment and canceled They charged him $for missing the appointment(I guess they would have preferred him to come sick) I spoke to them about it and then reluctantly paid the $ I was checking my husbands credit score one day only to see a there was a negative mark on his credit score from them, stating he owed $ I called to inquire and asked why, when we paid the $why is there a $mark on his credit score Their answer was simply "fees"What type of fees? So now they want an ADDITIONAL $to get the mark off the credit RIP OFF OF A OVER TEN YEAR GOOD PAYING PATIENT THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE THEIR OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE AND THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE PEOPLE CHECK YOUR EXPLANATIONS OF BENEFITS THEY HAVE SHADY BILLING PRACTICES
