I see nothing in your response to support your claim. I am 100% sure that we returned the same chain you brought in. I have asked several times for you to produce a receipt for the chain you claim to have brought in so I can compare it to the picture I have. I would like to resolve this but see no way to convince you that we returned the same chain you brought in. I am willing to have an independent arbitrator look over the facts and decide this claim. I am enclosing another picture( at actual size). This picture shows the clasp and the solder marks.
I just reviewed the repose from Harts Jewelers. I do not think I submitted it correctly, I am not satisfied with his response, I would like to continue with issue not close it. I have the picture he printed out and you can clearly see NO solder marks I can try and take a picture and upload it but it is on paper so I am not sure how clear it will be. Also, The remarks made on [redacted] are in return to my multiple efforts to resolve this this issue without contacting Revdex.com. Only since then is he willing to settle. The chain I bought was to go with the cross that was left to me by my deceased grandfather. I purchased the chain from [redacted], Hanover MA through a layaway, $385.00 18KT. The chain on the right is the picture that Harts printed up for me when I wen in to speak to him, that is my chain. The one on the left is what was given back to me, you can clearly see it is not the same type of chain in the way it bends. Also, the picture he took does not have the clasp shown, I find that hard to understand if he wanted to have proof and documentation why he would not include that in his picture.
