multiple times over 2 years that he was going to resurface the pool to remedy the problem with the plaster mix they used. However, after he made his commitment he never lived up to his commitment to get the job done and never returned my phone calls or emails. What he committed to in this response is exactly what he did in the past, only to never show up. Would you please keep the complaint open and active until [redacted] does in fact get the pool resurfaced.Please let me if you will keep the claim active.Thank you for working on this. [redacted]

The message on the 5th stated that you would be taking care of the problem. However, I have not heard from anyone at your business since then.

I did receive a certified letter on the afternoon that I had filed this claim from Hartsell.  In the letter, the owner Tom Hartsell states that he will replaster the pool.  I have now tried at least six times to contact the company in order to schedule the re-plastering.  I have called the main number and left messages twice. I have called the cell number and left a message as well.  I was contacted back by an employee of Hartsell named [redacted].  He said he was just returning messages but it would be up to Tom to reschedule the job.  He said he would let Tom know that  I had called.   I never heard anything back from [redacted] so I called him again last week.  He again said he would let Tom know that I had called.  I still haven't heard anything back from him.  I just want to figure out a time when they can replaster my pool but I cannot do that if the owner of the company will not call me back.  I have made multiple attempts. Yes we will take care of it after the first of the year and have left message.
